Coastal cuisine might bring to mind certain crustaceans, but the flavors of the shoreline extend beyond seafood – Michael Schlow will prove it to you with a demonstration dinner on Friday, July 13th. The award-winning chef and cookbook author will be prepping a trio of port-inspired plates from the menu he developed at L’Ancora, the new resident pop-up at Eataly Boston. Snag a seat at the table beginning at 6:00pm to see him action. You’ll learn how to make Mediterranean classics like Insalata di Zucchine (shaved zucchini salad), Cavatelli con Broccoli e Pancetta (cavatelli with broccoli and pancetta) and Pesce Spada alla Siciliana (Sicilian-style swordfish). And you’ll get to eat them, too. The educational dinner is $90 per person, including gratuity but not tax — book your spot here.
