Chef Seamus Mullen Comes to Craigie

On Wednesday, September 13th, it’s double trouble in the kitchen at Craigie on Main, as Chef Tony Maws welcomes award-winning NYC Chef and author Seamus Mullen to collaborate on a six-course tasting menu inspired by Mullen’s new book, Real Food Heals. Both chefs have similar mindsets in the kitchen, using fresh, local ingredients to create bold flavors, and when they put their heads together you’ll get dishes like scallop and green tomato ceviche and chicken confit with a Farm Fresh Egg.
