The four diamond luxury lodge has been inviting some of the top chefs around New England to come cook in their kitchen for a night. Herritt’s menu will be a five-course feast that touches on some cold weather classics like cauliflower soup, tortellini and beef wellington, and each plate pairs with a wine from Napa Valley-based Duckhorn Vineyards.
