Chef-owner Raymond Ost, offers diners a one-of-a-kind dining experience this winter at Sandrine’s, when 3-Star Michelin chef Emile Jung comes to Harvard Square all the way from Strasbourg, France to prepare a four-course meal with Chef Ost. For four incredible evenings in February, (Monday, February 2nd through Thursday, February 5th) Jung and Ost will be preparing a menu of halibut and roasted sweet pepper terrine with fresh tarragon and mahogany clams; duck croustille with lentil, savoy cabbage ragout with wild mushroom au jus; warm Munster cheese with roasted Anjou pears and raisins; and blood orange bavarois pyramid black pepper tuille with candied chocolate zest.
