Chef Paul Delios At the Italian Culinary Institute

Chef Paul Delios leaves behind the rustic charm and familiar comforts of his Charlestown restaurant, Paolo’s Trattoria for a night in New York. Chef Delios will be cooking at the Italian Culinary Institute, located at 230 Fifth Avenue, on Wednesday, April 9th, from 6:30-8:30pm. The various courses will amount to a Mediterranean dinner that fuses Delios’ Greek heritage with his Italian know-how. The evening will start with a specially prepared cooking demonstration by Chef Delios featuring his antipasto of roasted red pepper stuffed with goat cheese; farfalle rustica; and pork tenderloin ginepro followed by bogatsa, a traditional Greek pastry for dessert.
