The CIA alum, who’s appeared on Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen and First We Feast, is the culinary force behind HOTPANnyc and its native post-modern cuisine. From 5:00-10:00pm he’ll be behind the line at Taste Wine Bar & Kitchen cooking up a la carte specials that emphasize seasonal, sustainable and local ingredients.
