Chef Gabriel Frasca takes an evening off from Spire to head to the Boston French Library & Cultural Center for “French Bounty,” a cooking demonstration showcasing the delights the French experience, as it can be had in Boston. Frasca will cook as if he’s in France, buying the freshest of ingredients and spontaneously creating something from whatever’s on hand. Seating for the demonstration limited to 30 and early reservations strongly recommended. The demo is scheduled for Monday, September 13th from 6:30-8:30pm and costs $55 for members and $70 for non-members.
