The crew at South End Buttery is teaming up with renowned chef Charles Draghi to salute summer, France and Bastille Day in one fell swoop on Wednesday, July 14th. Draghi, most famously of erbaluce, his award-winning, gone-but-not-forgotten Theater District spot, has curated a feast highlighting flavors from France’s iconic wine regions. Look for dishes like chilled melon soup with champagne and mint blossoms, Dijon-roasted spring lamb with sauce soubise and fines herbes, and a mixed berry clafoutis for dessert from pastry chef Chris Goluszka.

Draghi’s skills, knowledge and style put Marcuccio’s, Limbo and 22 Restaurant & Lounge on the culinary map — if you haven’t had a chance to taste his work this is an event you don’t want to miss. Tickets are $113 each for the 5-course wine dinner and $92 each for the 3-course wine dinner. Take a peek at the full menu below and get your tickets online here or call 617.482.1015 with any Qs.
