Tuesdays have always been pretty cheesy at L’Espalier, and this month they’re mixing things up by adding a variety of mixed-milk cheeses to their famously delicious cheese course. On Tuesday, May 29th, you’re invited to a casual three-course dinner with an optional dessert (why wouldn’t you?), followed by a visit from the cheese trolley. Enjoy funky remixes of cow, goat, and sheep from near and far with introductions and explanations by L’Espalier’s Fromager Matthew Helvitz.
