The weather is perfect, the water is lovely and Chatham Bars Inn’s Summer Guest Chef Series returns with a slew of the area’s best cookers. Every week through Wednesday, August 28th, a new name will be joining the Inn’s Executive Chef Anthony Cole as a co-creator of an exclusive dinner menu.
Local chefs including Tatiana Rosana, Michael Schlow, Tony Messina and Colin Lynch are just a few of the visiting culinary stars you can expect to pop up. Each meal is served outside and kicks off at 5:30pm with a sparkling wine toast followed by a family style spread filled with seasonal produce and fresh seafood (although there is a special vegan menu on August 14th).
