There’s nothing quite like a seaside supper full of seasonal ingredients – throw in exceptional water views and you’ve got yourself the perfect summer evening (or, a bunch of ’em, as the case may be). Chatham Bars Inn is hosting its guest chef dinner series all summer long, and Executive Chef Anthony Cole is inviting some of his closest friends to cook every Wednesday throughout the season. While the featured chef may change each time, you can expect all of the feasts to include produce from the Inn’s farm and local seafood straight from the Atlantic. Whichever date you select, get there by 5:30pm for a champagne toast followed by an unforgettable meal at 6:00pm. Dinner runs $95 per person with wine pairings.
