Just when you thought Wine Mondays at L’Espalier couldn’t get any better chef Frank McClelland goes and designs a five course meal around the legendary winery Château de Beaucastel. Chef McClelland’s rich fall flavors will be accompanied by the revered wines from the Southern Rhone for this all out dining experience scheduled for Monday, October 16th.
