Château LaTour-Martillac

French wine is up there with leather jackets and blue jeans on the list of things that’ll never go out of style, and one should never pass up a chance to drink world-class wine. On Wednesday, May 23rd, Bar Boulud has invited Tristan Kressman, owner of the esteemed Château Latour-Martillac in the heart of Bordeaux, to showcase his wines during a delicious and educational five-course dinner. Monsieur Kressman and Sommelier David Bérubé will enlighten and educate you over dinner, pouring five wines including one from the renowned 2005 vintage and wine from some of the oldest Semillon vines in all of Bordeaux. These exquisite wines will be paired with outstanding French cuisine like canapés, seared foie gras, and a selection of French cheeses to finish the evening.
