The best thing about French independence is the opportunity to celebrate a fabulous foodie nation with food and wine. On Saturday, July 14th, Bar Boulud is throwing a Bastille Day Bash, pairing traditional Provençal cuisine like Bouillabaisse and Chicken Ballotine with absolutely all of the rosé, courtesy of Château d’Esclans. The Chateau’s wine director will be on hand to give you all the pink particulars of this estate famous for its flavorful Grenache while you enjoy four French courses.
