Champagne Dinner at Meritage

Celebrate the art of champagne with a night of extravagance and effervescence at Meritage. Chef Daniel Bruce and Beverage Director Nicholas Daddona are hosting a luxurious reception followed by a four-course meal paired with Philipponnat Champagne. On Wednesday, December 13th, sit down to dinner in Meritage’s elegant dining room overlooking Boston Harbor, and sip your way through these spectacular sparklers from the Clos de Goisses. Located in one of France’s warmest regions, the vineyard receives no shade from sunrise to sunset so you’ll get to taste how the sun (and the extreme slope) impact the flavor. Daddona, who knows a thing or two about wine (he’s an award-winning Advanced Sommelier, after all), describes these bubblies as “head and shoulders above the best champagnes produced in the world.” See the full menu below. Tickets are $215 each and available online here.
