Butter makes everything better. So what makes butter better? Champagne. On Tuesday, September 12th, celebrate this decadent duo with chef Barbara Lynch and her Menton team at the fourth annual Champagne & Butter Dinner, with special guest Xavier Barlier of Champagne Louis Roederer. The evening begins at 6:30pm with canapés and a sparkling aperitif, then moves to the dinner table for a luxurious five-course meal, highlighting Menton’s exclusive butter and paired with six Louis Roederer Champagnes. The restaurant sources their butter from a cow-share with her Vermont farm, Animal Farm. Everything you taste will have been churned from a happy, grass-fed cow named Babette.
