Everybody knows about rosé, but pink isn’t the only thing worth sipping this summer. On Friday, July 20th, Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar is hosting a wine dinner that’s all about Chablis, with four courses from chef Daniel Bruce paired with a panoply of wines showcasing the diversity of this renowned French region. You’ll sit at 7:00pm with Grand Cru Champagne and oysters on the half shell to amuse your bouche while the first course—pan-seared diver scallops with lemon tagliatelle—is prepared. The wine will be flowing throughout dinner, which is $175 per person including tax and gratuity. Check out the full menu below and make your reservation by clicking here.
