Ceviche Bar Chef Takeover

If you haven’t had a chance to pop by Pescador, the newest member of the Blue Ribbon Group’s trio of Kenmore Square restaurants, here’s the perfect little nudge: chefs Dan Bazzinotti and Keith Pooler are inviting some of their chefly friends over to the globally-inspired coastal grill for a their brand new Ceviche Bar Takeover series.

Each month a new (but also familiar) face will be behind the ceviche bar, prepping and plating a one-night-only five-course prix fixe for $95 per person (there’ll be an optional beverage pairing if you don’t want to be responsible for matching your drinks to the menu).

First up in the all-star lineup will be chef Daniel Gursha from Ledger in Salem on Thursday, February 23rd at 6:00pm, followed by James Beard Award-winning chef Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa, Toro, Little Donkey, and Faccia a Faccia who’ll be on-site on Thursday, March 23rd.
