Chef Joe Guarino welcomes winemaker Randy Ullom of Kendall-Jackson to join him at Red Rock Bistro for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner. On Wednesday, March 14th he’ll be serving five-courses of Irish-inspired fare to go with five wines from the Grand Reserve collection.
