Toast to Spring in Lexington

Inn at Hastings Park

There might still be snow in the forecast but spring is springing in the greenhouse at Codman Community Farms. If you’re ready to celebrate the beginning of a new season, reserve a seat at the first Farm to Vine Dinner of the season at Town Meeting Bistro at The Inn at Hastings Park on Thursday, March 9th. Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi and her crew have teamed up with Dubliner Irish Whiskey for a five-course dinner made with Codman’s early season ingredients matched with whiskey pairings from the Dubliner portfolio.

The evening starts at 6:00pm with passed canapés and a specialty cocktail, followed by courses like Maine mussels and roasted mushrooms in seaweed broth, and mustard-crusted pork belly and whiskey-soaked prunes with pork jus and thyme oil. Dinner costs $180 per person (plus a 20% service charge) and you can make a reservation here.
