Celebrate Cinco de Drinko Downtown

Georgie's

If you’re looking to elevate your Cinco de Mayo experience this year head to Georgie’s Wine Shop & Bar downtown on Thursday, May 4th from 5:00 to 7:00pm for a very special Cinco edition of their monthly Flight Club wine school — Cinco de Drinko. Join owner Jenn Scott and her husband Chris Scott for a tasting trio of exciting new spirits like Ritual Sister, a spirit made out of smoked pineapples. You’ll learn how to make some offbeat Cinco de Mayo drinks to wow your favorite piñata-smashers, including a non-tequila margarita, the Rojo Spritz (a cousin of the Aperol spritz) and an Oaxaca-attan, a lower ABV take on the mezcal Manhattan. Tickets are $40 per person and include cocktails and chips and salsa; grab yours here and head down to 100 Summer Street on the day-of. If you have any Qs drop them an email and be sure to follow them on IG for any updates (and lots of pics of Georgie the bulldog).
