Celebrate Cider Season at Forage

Forget pumpkin spice – it’s apple cider season, folks, and the team at Forage has a fabulous four-course Cider Dinner planned to celebrate the 2022 apple harvest. Chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert are taking a break from wine at this week’s dinner to focus on a handful of artisanal, small-batch ciders that are every bit as elegant as their grape-based brethren.

Make a reservation and get to Cambridge between 5:00 and 8:45 for matchups like Winter Radishes with feta, green tomatoes, walnut oil, boiled cider and mint paired with Poiré Granite, Eric Bordelet, Normandy; and Blue Cheese Stuffed Peppers with chocolate rum ganache and crispy shallots with Farmhouse Cider, Farnum Hill Ciders, NH. Hilbert will be on hand to discuss all the cider facts, from geography to history to gastronomy. Dinner is $95 per person to dine in (make a reservation here), or take your cider spread to go for $160 (for two people; order here) and you can go for either omnivore or vegetarian dinners — check out both menus below.
