Ceia’s Uncorked Dinner Series

Oenophiles converge this month at Ceia for a series of three wine dinners. On Wednesday, October 7th, visiting chef Vitor Sobral of Tasca de Esquina in Portugal serves up a meal paired with the wines of Churchill Winery. Then, on October 16th, a four-course (and five champagne!) dinner combines the talents of Ceia chef Jeremy Glover and Brine’s Justin Shoults. The series finale comes on the 27th, when Glover and his team welcome winemaker Juan W. Muga for a study of Rioja’s Muga Wines.
