Caviar & Bubbles in the Back Bay

If caviar and sparkling wine is a match made in heaven (and really, is there any doubt?), then the Pearly Gates lead to Eataly on Wednesday, September 19th. The Italian foodie paradise has invited representatives from Calvisius, one of the leading producers of sustainably-sourced caviar, and Ca’ del Bosco, the name behind some of Italy’s finest sparkling wine, for a luxurious four-course feast prepared by Eataly’s Chef de Cuisine. Dinner will be served inside La Scuola, Eataly’s cooking school, and each course will feature a decadent Calvisius caviar paired with a limited-release wine from Ca’ del Bosco.
