Wind down from the weekend and gear up for the week ahead with a three-course prix fixe menu for just $38 per person. And it’s not just for fish eaters – recent menus have included courses like potato gnocchi with sweet Maine shrimp, pistachio pesto, kale and chanterelle mushrooms; and Vermont Quail with duck agnolotti, braised leeks, pomegranate, chestnut puree and quail jus.
