A Culinary Visit with Switchback Ridge Winery

On Tuesday, March 5th, Catalyst in Cambridge welcomes you to a wine dinner with new friends. Special guest Kelly Peterson-Holmes, co-owner of Switchback Ridge Winery, will be in the house for the vineyard’s very first visit to the restaurant. She’s collaborating on a five-course pairing of St. Helena’s finest juice with Chef William Kovel’s creative cuisine; drop in at 6:30pm to learn all about the vineyard’s history and practices, and taste your way through the goods.
