Meet the makers behind Oregon-based Raptor Ridge Winery on Monday, November 19th at Catalyst. The Cambridge locale, known for serving contemporary American cuisine, is welcoming vineyard owners Scott and Annie Shull to showcase all of their hard work with you during this one-night-only menu. The duo is traveling from Willamette Valley to Technology Square, bringing along seven of their Alsatian style varietals that each have a mix of acidity and fruitiness, while chefs William Kovel and Justin Urso are preparing six plates to pair with the pours. Dinner starts at 7:00pm and costs $95 per person plus a processing fee (including gratuity but not tax).
