They’ve invited Matt Hobbs of Paul Hobbs Winery to come drop a little knowledge on the vineyard’s past and its future while you enjoy the taste of the present right in your glass. You’ll learn all about how Paul Hobbs wines came to be and what’s in store moving forward over a five-course dinner from the Catalyst kitchen.
