Catalyst may sit right at the heart of Technology Square, but the equation for their upcoming wine dinner is simple: six dishes from two chefs, plus six wines from one very exclusive winery equals your plans on Tuesday, May 22nd. Join guest Jasmine Hirsch of Sonoma County’s Hirsch Vineyards at 7:00pm, when she’ll be pouring her family’s tough-to-find, easy-to-drink chardonnay along with five of Hirsch’s famous Pinot Noirs. Sommelier Kelsey McCallan put her head together with chefs Justin Urso and William Kovel to design a menu perfectly paired with these amazing wines, and she’ll be around to help explain exactly what you’re drinking. Tickets for the whole shebang are $145 including food, wine, and gratuity. Click through for yours.
