Nancy Battista-Caswell presents a series of exclusive Culinary Opus Dinners, showcasing the talented chefs of Brine and Ceia. The 15-course menus are arranged according to a specific theme with no substitutions or special requests (and no phone use permitted!). Chef Justin Shoults kicked off the series with a Journey as a Chef menu and Ceia’s chef Jeremy Glover continues the imaginative eats in April with a vegetarian themed evening followed by Psychedelic Dinner Theater with Ceia Sous Chef Lowell Connors. See below for the Opus line-up; each dinner begins at 7:00pm at Brine and costs $130 per person for the multi-course prix fixe and five wine pairings.
