Sycamore in Newton is out to make Mondays (taste) great again with their 1st Monday series, where once a month they transform the restaurant into something completely different just for funsies. On Monday, March 4th, chefs David Punch and Lydia Reichert are teaming up with longtime friend (and recently named a semi-finalist for the 2019 James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast) Carl Dooley of The Table at Season to Taste to collaborate on a Southern Spanish-style menu. Come try some Catalan cuisine complete with paella and pinxtos complemented by Spanish vino and vermouth. Everything will be served family-style, so you’re sure to make some new friends.
