Cancer Shucks Benefit at Brine

Hot on the heels of being named Best New Restaurant by North Shore Magazine, Brine hosts its first ever Cancer Shucks, a fundraiser for Dana Farber’ Jimmy Fund. On Monday, August 19th starting at 6:00pm, chefs Corey Marcoux, Justin Shoults and Michael Daly will be joined in their cozy kitchen by a line-up of celebrity oyster shuckers. Diners at two sold out seatings will get to enjoy a special prix fixe with cocktail pairings as well as oysters on the half shell courtesy of guest shuckers Michael Sutton of Clover, Mary Dumont of Harvest, Matt Louis of Moxy as well as Patriots’ wide receiver hopeful Kamar Aiken. Proceeds from ticket sales as well as any additional donations (which they are still accepting by mail and at the restaurant) will support the Newburyport’s Pan-Mass Challenge cyclists, Team Chuckle.
