The best chili is like Highlander: there can be only one. On Saturday, March 9th, come taste victory at Moona in Cambridge as their chef, Rory Lee, battles with Ashley Gaboriault of Idle Hour and Dan Donato of Fortune Bar for the title of Chili Champ. There will be three celebrity judges whose refined palates will decide on a victor, so there’s no pressure while you sample heaping portions of each competitor’s chili (complete with all the fixin’s). Tickets are $40, before processing fees, and there’ll be a cash bar and raffle for cool prizes. Proceeds from the cook-off, which runs from 1:00-3:00pm, benefit No Kid Hungry, which means this spicy showdown is for a great cause. Click this way to check it out.
