On Tuesday, February 27th, trade your parka for a pair of sunglasses as Gaslight Lynnfield transports you to California wine country. For their first of many wine dinners they’re featuring the work of winemaker Thomas Hinde of KJ and Flowers, showcasing all the deliciousness that Napa and Sonoma have to offer while you enjoy six perfectly paired courses from Chef de Cuisine Steven Morlino. While you enjoy delicacies like a foraged mushroom tartine paired with Russian River chardonnay and braised lamb ragu with Napa cabernet you’ll be joined by Fine Wine Specialist Justin Stone who will walk you through the pairings, explaining the wines and answering all of your questions. Dinner is at 6:00pm, and tickets for this special dinner are $94 (including tax, gratuity, and fees), and can be purchased here.
