Calabrian Wine Dinner at Trattoria della Nonna

On Monday, February 18th, Mansfield-based chef-owner Ken DeFazio teams up with the folks from Wine Bow Imports to welcome Paolo Librandi of the Librandi Winery for a five-course wine dinner at Trattoria della Nonna. Sample some fantastic examples of southern Italian food and wine, DeFazio’s prix fixe includes regional specialties like croutons with tomato garlic and oregano; baccola with white beans; and lamb slow cooked in tomato and potatoes with Swiss chard. Lisa Vino from Wine Bow will be on hand to discuss the evening’s wines and there’ll be a raffle running throughout the night.
