On August 8th, the Café Louis chefs will move things outdoors and prepare a classic summer spread of BBQ spareribs, grilled chicken, spicy grilled seasonal fish, grilled corn on the cob, assorted summer salads and homemade ice cream. For the occasion, Café Louis will be pairing their menu with renowned wines from Ravenswood, whose bold-flavored wines gracefully complement food straight off the grill.
