Fans of Shacksbury, cider fiends in general and anyone who loves a good reason for a night out in Kendall Square, mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 17th — the crew from one of Vermont’s most loved cideries are coming to Cafe du Pays. You’ll make some new friends (there’s communal seating), try some delicious fermented sips (there are pairings with each course) and be treated to three plates from chef Dan Amighi.
