Beverage-wise you’ll find Oxbow’s Pastoral on draft, as well as by-the-glass offerings like Cantillon and Brasserie Dunham’s Gouden Meyer, and a few TBD surprises. In terms of the menu, there’s no prix-fixe — everything’s a la carte — including goodies like venison tartare, venison chops (sourced from Germantown, NY’s Highland Farm), and a juniper dessert.
