Buttercup Hosts Hindsight Vineyards

California wine country has a lot going for it — ideal weather conditions for grape growing and lots of talented peeps who are passionate about the art of wine-making. But, oftentimes, wine produced in this region is terribly expensive. Back in 2011, Napa Valley native Keith Hargrove (along with his four business partners) set out to change that, starting Hindsight Wines, a small boutique vineyard making sustainably produced sippers at a reasonable price. Hargrove has been the biz for nearly 25 years, so he knows his stuff, and on Wednesday, November 7th, he’s heading from Napa to Natick to share some of his finest work with the folks (and guests — that’s you!) at Buttercup. Limited spots are available at $85 a pop for the 6:30pm dinner, which will feature a four-course spread from chef Gabriel Sanchez with wine pairings for each dish. Book your seat before the evening sells out by calling 508.975.4157.
