Flank, in the spirit of its meat-focused, beefsteak-loving mission, has just launched a Burger & Whiskey special every Thursday night. Make a break for Waltham to tuck in to chef Jordan Mackey‘s burger-y handiwork (there’ll be two to choose from each week) accompanied by a revolving cast of whiskies and whiskey cocktails. Spirits reps from their respective companies will be on hand to enlighten, educate, entertain and perhaps, most importantly, serve samples (from 5:00 and 7:00pm).
