Bubbly Wine Dinner at Forage

Bubbles make everything a little better – and they’re big fans at Forage. So you know you’re in for something special at this week’s wine dinner, scheduled for Thursday, August 13th, which features a small production natural Clairette de Die from Domaine Achard-Vincent. Certified organic and biodynamic, this cuvee is made in the méthode traditionelle (the champagne method) with no added sulfur by Jean-Pierre Achard, and his son, Thomas, who come from a long line of winegrowers (five generations’ worth).

To pair with this sparkler, chef Eric Cooper has come up with two five-course menus (one for herbivores and one for omnivores) both of which are available on the Forage patio ($150 per dining pair) or for pick-up/take-out ($120 for a menu for two).
