They’ve invited a star lineup of wine pros to help you find true, effervescent love in all the right places (namely your glass). The ICOB crew will be shucking oysters and sampling caviar to pair with your beverage, and Chef Matty Celeste will balance out the sweetness of the evening with savory goodness (like fried chicken) out of the kitchen.
