Mark your calendars for the annual holiday event Bubbles & Bites on Wednesday, December 8th. Benefiting Curt and Shonda Schilling’s Shade Foundation, this philanthropic favorite will once again feature the talents of a myriad of area chefs. Among the charitable chefs showcasing their noshable nibbles will be Gargoyles on the Square‘s Jason Santos, dante‘s Dante de Magistris, The Metropolitan Club‘s Todd Winer, Poe’s Kitchen‘s Brian Poe, Bricco‘s Gianni Caruso, Pigalle‘s Marc Orfaly, Pairings‘ Stuart Race and Turner Fisheries‘ Armand Toutaint. The evening, which takes place from 6:30 to 9:00pm at the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common, will also feature a silent and live auction, and live music and dancing. Tickets, which can be purchased through the event website, cost $150 per person. Make sure to reserve yours before Wednesday, December 1st.
