Chef Michael Scelfo & Co. will be donating a portion of the proceeds (thirty-five percent!) from both Saturday and Sunday brunch to World Central Kitchen, chef Jose Andres’ disaster relief organization which is currently providing sustenance and support to Ukrainian refugees. Scelfo will be matching the funds personally (up to $5000) so your dollars will go a little further, too.
