On Wednesday, November 16th, The Asgard hosts a five-course Beer Dinner featuring the beers of Brooklyn Brewery. Courses include Brooklyn Brown Ale-braised beef short rib empanadas with black bean mango salsa and chipotle aioli; scallops, shrimp, octopus with chilled tomato, red onion, avocado, fresh lime juice and cilantro; chicken satay in a spicy Thai peanut butter sauce with curried vegetables and basmati rice; and dark chocolate bowl filled with raspberry terrine and Chocolate Stout ganache. On tap for the evening: Brooklyn Pennant Ale, award-winning Saison, I.P.A and Black Chocolate Stout. Tickets, which cost $45 each, will be sold up until the day of the event but seating is limited so make reservations in advance by calling 617.577.9100.
