From Monday, January 14th through Sunday, January 20th, Union Square’s beloved European tavern, Bronwyn, is playing favorites with the pounded-thin-and-lightly-fried German classic. Chef Tim Wiechmann and his kitchen crew will present a seven day line-up of various schnitzels like Hawaiian and BBQ (details below).
