You can’t go wrong with serving wine (especially one with an interesting backstory) and an awesome cheese plate at your holiday party. They’re crowd pleasers for a reason and on Tuesday, December 10th and Wednesday, December 18th, you can learn how to pair the best of ’em with a little help from the folks at Urban Grape and The Bristol Lounge at the Four Seasons. Each of the classes, which run from 5:30 to 7:00pm, will focus on a specific type of sipper — French wines on the 10th, California wines on the 18th — and include an informative tutorial on arranging a beautiful presentation of fromage.
