Brine invites diners for a work of culinary genius — on Thursday, February 23rd, the restaurant is reviving its Opus series, where the chefs go off-menu for a one-night extravaganza. Chef Paul Callahan, who graduated from art school before turning his attention to the kitchen, has composed a set list of hit dishes (15 in total) for the 7:00pm supper. Each of the evening’s numerous plates will be paired with wine and the full menu is available for $130 per person by calling 978.358.8479 or emailing neil@brineoyster.com.
