Brine’s Birthday Guests


Brine rings in three years of restaurant-ry this month—proprietor Nancy Batista-Caswell and chef Justin Shoults are celebrating the birthday with a week of guest chefs. Seven visiting New England chefs will head to Newburyport to each collaborate on a one-night only menu with Shoults, including special takes on the kitchen’s signature offerings of caviar and oysters.
