Brews on Tuesday at Sel de la Terre

Wine dinners are all well and good, but the beer-loving folks at Sel de la Terre Back Bay like to change things up every now and again – or, every week. That’s why they’re planning a few more installments of the continuing dinner series, Beer Tuesdays. Each week (except for January 15th), suds lovers will gather in the bar while the restaurant’s resident beer expert talks about the evening’s highlighted brews. The featured beverages, which will be paired with a four-course menu from chef Daniel Bojorquez, will generally have a theme, whether it’s based on the brewer, a region or a method of production.
